Stock orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day. 

Orders placed after 12pm or on a weekend or bank holiday will dispatch on the next working day.

Clothing items and made to order items have a lead time which is stated in the listing.

If you are based in or around Brighton, UK, then we may be able to arrange local collection or delivery if you require party products urgently.

If you were not in, our couriers will leave a card. They may attempt the delivery on the next working day or you may need to arrange redelivery or local collection with them. 

If there are multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts are made then the items may be returned to us, we would then need to charge a redelivery fee.


Yes! We operate a 30-day return policy on most products from the receipt of your order. All we ask is that goods are returned to us unused and in their original, unopened packaging.

We are unable to accept returns on clothing items, custom or made to order items.

Any damaged or incorrectly delivered items must be reported to us within 5 days of delivery.

Postage and packing costs are non-refundable, therefore all refunds are made minus original postage and packaging costs.

Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you use a trackable courier or postal service and obtain proof of posting in
the unlikely event the item is not delivered.

Refunds for accepted returns will
be processed to the original payment method within 5 working days of us receiving your returned items.

Due to the current Covid situation, we are unable to offer refunds for postage if orders arrive outside of the expected time frame due to delays with courier and postal services.

If items are missing from your order or damaged, please report this to us within 5 days of receiving delivery.
