Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 12pm or on a weekend or bank holiday will dispatch on the next working day.
We may be able to arrange local collection or delivery if you require party products urgently.

If you were not in, our couriers will leave a card. They may attempt the delivery on the next working day or you may need to arrange redelivery or local collection with them.
If there are multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts are made then the items may be returned to us, we would then need to charge a redelivery fee.
Returns and exchanges
Yes, we will issue a refund for returns received within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Custom products may not be returned.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping costs will not be refunded. If you received a discount on your order, that amount will be deducted from your return.
Returns received past the allowable date will not be refunded.
Items must be returned in unused condition in their original packaging.
Damaged returns cannot be accepted.

Please send via recorded delivery and retain proof of postage.
Once we have received your items back we will process your return within 1 working day. You will receive an email from us confirming that we have accepted your return and the refund will issued to your original payment method.
If items are missing from your order or damaged, please report this to us within 7 days of receiving delivery.
